Miami, FL (AHN) – Researchers in the United Kingdom are warning against high-fat, low-carbohydrate diets, saying they significantly up heart disease risk. Dr. Steven Hunter from the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, Northern Ireland, said in a statement that the risks of these diets far outweigh their potential benefits.
