Miami, FL (AHN) – Survivors of certain childhood cancers are at a risk of having the disease return after the five-year survivor threshold, according to a recent study. Researchers with the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, said children who had Ewing sarcoma and cancers of the central nervous system were at particular risk of recurrence
